Tram lines
Transport of passengers in Zagreb as we know it today would be unimaginable without trams, which have been operating safely through the streets of Zagreb for more than a century, running along a 120-kilometre-long track.

Use the right-hand menu on this website to find out more about tram line routes and timetables.
Bus lines
Our bus service, running on 148 daytime and four night lines, connects the areas of the City of Zagreb, Velika Gorica and Zaprešić, with organized passenger transport services provided in the municipalities of Bistra, Luka and Stupnik.

To view timetables for daytime and night bus lines, click on the right-hand menu!
Funicular
Due to renovation works, the Funicular will be out of service from January 20, 2025, until the completion of the works, which is expected in March 2026.

For traveling to the Gornji grad, we recommend that our valued citizens and visitors use bus lines 105 (Kaptol - Britanski trg) and 150 (Tuškanac garaža - Gornji grad - Trg bana Josipa Jelačića).
Cable Car
The new Sljeme cable car connects Gračansko dolje with the peak of Sljeme, via Brestovac where the intermediate station is located.

The cable car air route is about 5km long and to its passengers offers an impressive view of Zagreb and its surroundings.

The maximum speed is 6 meters per second, which means that passengers can get to Vidikovac in just over 16 minutes.

The maximum capacity of the cable car is about 1500 passengers per hour, who will be driving in 84 comfortable and modernly equipped cabins with 10 seats each.

The elevation distance between the lower and upper station is 754 meters. The height of the pillars is 6,05 up until 43,51 meters, depending on the terrain features.

In the menu on the right, you will find the price list, working hours, and more details about the cable car.
Fulir
To improving the quality of life in the city center, primarily for elderly people who have problems with mobility, and also taking care of ecology, from Saturday, June 15, in cooperation with the City of Zagreb, a pilot service of free public transport by electric vehicles in the pedestrian zone of the city centre will begin.

In honour of the unforgettable character from Zagreb's most famous film "One Song a Day Takes Mischief Away", the service is called "Fulir", and the concept is inspired by a similar successful service in Ljubljana.

It is about free transportation in the pedestrian zone of the city center, and it will be provided with two electric vehicles with a capacity of 5 passengers. The service will be available on weekdays, weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the ride will be ordered by calling the driver's phone numbers, who will directly arrange locations and driving routes with users. Phone numbers of the driver: 091/1111-425 and 091/1111-426.

"Fulir" is primarily intended for elderly people who are less mobile, either fellow citizens or tourists, but it will be available to other citizens as well, depending on the availability of the service at a certain time. The service will be available until October, but in case of unfavourable weather conditions, occasional suspensions of transport are possible.

This is another step towards a more sustainable, accessible and friendly Zagreb, which aims to make it easier for elderly citizens and guests to move around the city center.

Notes:

🚫 Fulir is not available for the transport of children unaccompanied by adults.
🚫 Adapted primarily for elderly and less mobile people and people with disabilities (except for people in wheelchairs).
🚫 The service will not be provided during bad weather conditions (rain, wind).
