Fulir

Fulir
To improving the quality of life in the city center, primarily for elderly people who have problems with mobility, and also taking care of ecology, from Saturday, June 15, in cooperation with the City of Zagreb, a pilot service of free public transport by electric vehicles in the pedestrian zone of the city centre will begin.

In honour of the unforgettable character from Zagreb's most famous film "One Song a Day Takes Mischief Away", the service is called "Fulir", and the concept is inspired by a similar successful service in Ljubljana.

It is about free transportation in the pedestrian zone of the city center, and it will be provided with two electric vehicles with a capacity of 5 passengers. The service will be available on weekdays, weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the ride will be ordered by calling the driver's phone numbers, who will directly arrange locations and driving routes with users. Phone numbers of the driver: 091/1111-425 and 091/1111-426.

"Fulir" is primarily intended for elderly people who are less mobile, either fellow citizens or tourists, but it will be available to other citizens as well, depending on the availability of the service at a certain time. The service will be available until October, but in case of unfavourable weather conditions, occasional suspensions of transport are possible.

This is another step towards a more sustainable, accessible and friendly Zagreb, which aims to make it easier for elderly citizens and guests to move around the city center.

Notes:

🚫 Fulir is not available for the transport of children unaccompanied by adults.
🚫 Adapted primarily for elderly and less mobile people and people with disabilities (except for people in wheelchairs).
🚫 The service will not be provided during bad weather conditions (rain, wind).
